PARTIAL PLANNING & DESIGN

The perfect middle ground for clients who want to be hands-on but need professional guidance along the way. We collaborate on design concepts, provide curated vendor recommendations, and assist with key milestones before executing the flawless event day.

This package includes the following services:

• Includes all elements of the The Landing (Event Management) package

• Begins collaborating with client 9 months out from event date

• Partial Planning & Design Questionnaire followed by a Planning Kickoff meeting

• Access to your Client Portal, which houses planning tools & templates and serves as your central repository for vendor contracts

• Assistance with building a cohesive color palette, floor plan layout, mood & design boards, and aesthetic direction

• Periodic review of budget allocation and spending

• Sourcing & recommendations for up to 3 to 4 select vendor categories (e.g. floral, rentals, entertainment, or catering)

• Review of major vendor contracts

• Scheduled milestone and monthly meetings to review progress & manage tasks

• Development of a master event timeline and floor plan(s)

• Coordination with contracted vendors and development of master vendor list

• Final venue walkthrough with vendors and client 30 days prior to the event date

• Rehearsal coordination prior to the main event

• Premium coverage (10-14 hours) on-site day of management, execution of the master timeline, and direction of overall design presentation across key spaces on the event date

FULL PLANNING & DESIGN

A comprehensive, high-touch experience from concept to cleanup. We handle every detail, including budget management, vendor curation, floor plans, aesthetic styling, and complete logistics management, delivering a seamless and entirely stress-free planning journey.

This package includes the following services:

• Includes all elements of the Event Management and Partial Planning & Design packages

• Begins planning immediately upon booking, up to 12+ months prior to the event date

• Full Service Planning & Design Questionnaire followed by a Planning Kickoff meeting

• Complete concept development with full-scale design production, detailing every visual element including, but not limited to, stationary, linens, decor & tablescapes, florals, lighting, furniture, customized signage, & experiential activations. This includes building a cohesive color palette, floorplan layout, & overall design board

• Comprehensive budget development, allocation, & tracking with payment schedule reminders

• Vendor sourcing & management of all outreach, availability inquiries, price negotiations, coordination, and vendor contract reviews prior to signing on the client’s behalf

• Priority access to the lead planner for ongoing consulting throughout the entire lifecycle of the event, including bi-weekly to monthly meetings to review progress and manage tasks and milestones

• Development of a master event timeline and floor plan(s)

• Final venue walkthrough with vendors and client 30 days prior to the event date

• Rehearsal coordination prior to the main event

• Comprehensive, dedicated on-site management and coverage for 10+ hours from setup to breakdown, execution of the master timeline, and direction of overall design presentation across key spaces on the event date

Our à la carte enhancements allow you to customize any package to perfectly fit your needs. These tailored enhancements ensure you get exactly the level of support you desire without paying for services you don’t need.

• Custom Design Board & Palette Creation: $500 - We build a cohesive visual blueprint including color swatches, linen suggestions, and floral style guidelines tailored specifically to your venue’s aesthetic. (Included in Partial and Full)

• Budget Formulation & Strategy Session: $300 - A dedicated 90-minute workshop to build a realistic expense tracker from scratch and prioritize your spending. (Included in Partial & Full)

• The Mid-Way Milestone Check-In: $450 - Designed for Event Management clients who want a pulse-check before the 8-week mark. At 4 to 6 months out, we host a dedicated 90-minute strategy session to review your booked vendors, audit your current checklist, and ensure your planning is perfectly on track before we officially take the reins.

• The Early Handover (12-Week Prep): $600 - Extend your Event Management package. Instead of our standard handover at 8 weeks out, we take over all vendor communications, logistical coordination, and final details at the 12-week mark to completely eliminate late-stage planning stress.

• Welcome Bag Assembly & Delivery: $4.00 / bag (plus cost of goods) - We source, assemble, and deliver custom hospitality bags to local hotel blocks for out-of-town guests.

• Additional Coordinator / Assistant: $500 / day - Highly recommended for guest counts over 150.

• Rehearsal Dinner Coordination: $850 - Up to 4 hours of on-site coordination for the rehearsal dinner or welcome party, including vendor management and timeline execution.

• Farewell Brunch Coordination: $650 - On-site management for a farewell brunch the morning after the main event, ensuring smooth catering setup and a relaxed send-off.
