what is the difference between an event planner and a venue coordinator?

A venue coordinator works for the venue to oversee site logistics, staff, and venue-owned property. As your private event planner, our loyalty is entirely to you. We handle your overall design vision, budget management, vendor sourcing, guest experience, detailed timeline curation, and full day-of execution from start to finish.
Do you offer single day-of or month-of coordination services?

Yes. For clients who have secured their vendors and vision but want expert execution as the event approaches, our Event Management package (The Landing) is ideal. We step in approximately 6-8 weeks before your event to review contracts, build your master production timeline, conduct final site walk-throughs, align with your vendor team, and direct every detail on event day so you can fully enjoy the experience.
How far in advance should we book your services?

For weddings and large multi-day celebrations, clients typically book 9 to 14 months in advance. For intimate private events, corporate galas, or brand activations, we recommend reaching out 3 to 6 months prior to your desired date to ensure availability and proper lead time for custom design elements.
will you handle vendor selection and management?

Yes. We curate a personalized team of vendor partners tailored to your specific aesthetic, budget, and personality. From fine art photographers and floral designers to custom caterers and structural rentals, we manage communication, contract review, and team coordination throughout the entire process.
How do you structure your planning and design fees?

Our investment structures are customized based on the complexity, location, guest count, and scope of your event. We offer flat-rate pricing structures for standard service packages as well as customized quotes for multi-day destination events.
can you work with a venue where you haven’t planned before?

Absolutely. We love bringing fresh design perspectives to new spaces. Prior to your event, we conduct comprehensive venue walk-throughs, study site logistics, analyze lighting and spatial flow, and coordinate with site management to ensure flawless execution.
how do we secure our date with you?

The first step is submitting an inquiry through our contact form. Once we confirm date availability, we’ll schedule a discovery call to discuss your vision, budget, and scope. Following our consultation, we will provide a custom proposal. Dates are officially secured upon signing our client agreement and submitting an initial deposit.
